Below is the will of Frederick Staniforth, son of Job Staniforth


I, Frederick Staniforth of Breedon on the Hill in the county of Leicester, Farmer, Hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will which I make this twenty second day of March one thousand nine hundred and thirty three.

I appoint my son Jesse Staniforth and my daughter Marion Spencer executors and Trustees hereof.

I Direct payment of my just debts my funeral and testementary expenses.

I give to my son John Staniforth all my household furniture and effects and also my life and dead farming stock.

I device to the said John Staniforth in fee simple my messuage and land situate at Breedon on the Hill fronting the Ashby road and containing about nine acres.

I give and devise all the rest and residue of my estate unto and equally between my son Harry Staniforth, the said Jesse Staniforth, the said Marian Spencer and my grand-daughter Nellie Hutchinson.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year before written.

Signed by the said Frederick Staniforth (the Testator) as his last will in the presence of us both present at the same time who in his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
