Below is the will of Emma Staniforth, widow of Aaron Staniforth


I Emma Staniforth of 78 Clifford Street, South Wigston in the county of Leicester Widow hereby revoke all former wills and declare this to be my last will.

I appoint my sons Thomas Joseph Staniforth and Walter Staniforth to be the executors and trustees of this my will.

I give my sewing machine to my granddaughter Frances Emma Doris Thomas, the wife of Reginald Thomas of Swindon.

I give Devise and Bequeath all the rest of my property whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal unto my trustees upon trust that my truestees shall sell and convert the same into money and out of the proceeds threof pay my funeral and testamary expenses and debts and shall stand posessed of the residue of such sales selling in and conversion upon trust to divide the same equally between my said two sons the said Thomas Joseph Staniforth and Walter Staniforth and my daughter Louise Staniforth in equal shares AND I DECLARE that in case my said daughter the said Louise Staniforth prececeased me then and in such case I direct that the share in my estate devised to her shall be paid to my said granddaughter the said Frances Emma Doris Thomas for her own use and benefit absolutely.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fourteenth day of September one thousand nine hundred and thirty two.
